The project
For Head & Shoulders, I crafted a social media strategy in the Brazilian market, addressing challenges with the brand's name pronunciation within our Brazilian community and expanding beyond the dandruff-focused image of their products.
This meant adapting the tone on Instagram to resonate with the Brazilian lifestyle and culture while maintaining the brand's global communication style, ensuring that strategies didn't overlap.
In addition, I co-created branded content for all platforms and pillars of content that brought structure to our digital channels, providing us with greater flexibility to introduce the brand’s various lines of products in a more intentional and diverse form.
